Abe Goico LPC, LMHC
Founder & Clinical Director
As a Dominican psychotherapist and Bronx native I am committed to care that is culturally sensitive, and trauma informed to diverse populations. My passion to help individuals led me to become an agent of change and compelled me to start Inner Strength. Inner Strength is a mental health service that provides psychotherapy integrating holistic methods of managing stress, anxiety, and trauma. I use meditation and sound baths to foster wellness. I also utilize evidence-based tools as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. I work from a strengths-based perspective tapping into the power that lies within everyone. I truly believe that "you are the captain of your own ship". You have the ultimate authority to set your goals and make choices that lead you toward your desired future.
